At Trinity Church Supply, we are committed to providing the finest selection of religious articles and quality customer service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policies below.
General Return Policy
- You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging to receive a full refund.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and clearly note the reason for return and the action you would like us to take (refund, exchange, etc.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 4 weeks to fully process. This includes:
- Transit time for your return to reach us (5–10 business days)
- Processing time once we receive the return (3–5 business days)
- Your bank's processing time (5–10 business days)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Poorly packaged returns that arrive damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Special Notes
Apparel Returns
Applies to: First Communion dresses, Christening apparel, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and clerical apparel.

Must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.

Apparel must be in pristine, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, packaging, and stickers attached.

Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

First Communion Veils are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.

A strict 1 dress and 1 shoe pair limit per First Communion order applies.

If a return is denied, we will notify you. Return shipping fees will apply if we need to send the item back to you.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can file a replacement claim.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Clearance & Special Orders

Clearance items are final sale and not returnable.

Special orders and custom or logo’d apparel are not returnable or refundable.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply for the return of non-stock or bulk items. Please contact our billing department for return authorization before sending any item back.
